The Solano Community Health Hub is Transitioning
Since its inception, the Solano Community Health Hub has served as a cornerstone for connecting community-based organizations, individuals, and underserved populations to vital resources, programs, and partnerships. We’re incredibly proud of the impact we’ve made together—reaching thousands of residents with health resources, education, and collaborative initiatives.
As of December 15, 2024, the Solano Community Health Hub will be closing its doors. This transition reflects CHMRC’s new focus on a more nimble capacity-building model, allowing us to expand our reach and adapt to emerging needs nationwide.
While we will no longer offer space at the Hub, however, local partners have taken the baton and will continue to provide resources. Please reach out to us if you have questions.

Every 4th Monday of each month. Drop in for a visit at the Solano Community Health Hub! We have partnered with organizations to provide the following FREE resources! CHMRC will be giving away FREE hygiene kits to anyone who wants one! Free fresh fruits and veggies from Park-it-Market! Get help with employment/career development from the Workforce Development Board of Solano County. Access food bank resources / sign ups for EBT & Cal/Fresh with the Food Bank of Contra Costa and Solano. Solano County YouthArch will be onsite to provide resources for unhoused youth and more.
