One of Jackie’s key objectives is to foster a highly inclusive culture that allows team members to thrive. She will oversee effective recruiting, onboarding, professional development, performance management, and retention, aligning these efforts with the organization’s overarching objectives.

Jackie brings to CHMRC a wealth of experience in analyzing internal operations and identifying areas for process enhancement. Her extensive background also includes data analytics, sales management, health, and fitness, as well as entrepreneurship.
