Every 4th Monday of each month. Drop in for a visit at the Solano Community Health Hub! We have partnered with organizations to provide the following FREE resources! CHMRC will be giving away FREE hygiene kits to anyone who wants one! Free fresh fruits and veggies from Park-it-Market! Get help with employment/career development from the Workforce Development Board of Solano County. Access food bank resources / sign ups for EBT & Cal/Fresh with the Food Bank of Contra Costa and Solano. Solano County YouthArch will be onsite to provide resources for unhoused youth and more.
